Passion 2012

Happy blogging! It is almost 3am. I have my first ever 8am classes tomorrow. Why am I not asleep?

I know I said I would separate a post all about last week and tell you all about it. But please do not be disappointed that I have decided to not share anything about Passion 2012 through this little blogger. I feel as if God would rather me share the work He has been doing in my life with you in PERSON, or in a more personal way. I cannot express through a web post the extent to how amazing Passion was. So, if you want to hear about it...talk to me about it. Text me or call me! Let's go to lunch. Let's go to dinner. Let's go to breakfast. Let's just TALK! If you don't know me well--if I don't know you well--let's CHANGE that! Let's see how the Lord can use us as brothers and sisters in Christ together, how can we encourage each other to grow in the Lord? Let's TALK and not blog about Passion 2012. I am EXCITED about it--still!--and I am so so so much more excited to see the REVIVAL that will take place at Auburn University this spring. Let's make it happen people!!

BUT...There is an exception: I do have to brag on my family group from Passion a little. They were the best family group in all the land and I am more than thankful for these brothers and sisters. God blessed me with the greatest support group I could have ever asked for that week. If I never get to see them again--and I better see you at Passion 2013--I can rest assured that I will reunite with them in heaven. I cannot wait for that day and I cannot wait to see them soon. I love you Derrek, Sky, Bryan, Liza, Sean, Jonathan and Colby.

I have prayer requests:

--Auburn University and Auburn Panhellenic suffered a tremendous loss this past week. Sweet Libbie Ainsworth passed away and is now with our heavenly Father. Please be praying the Lord will give her family and friends unsurpassable peace.
--A sweet pledge sister of mine, K, lost her grandmother this past morning to cancer. Pray for peace within K's family, and that K can transition smoothly upon returning to Auburn next week.
--Pray for all of those who have yet to find saving faith. Pray that they will hear the good news of the Lord Jesus coming to save us. Pray that I will be bold and share the word of the Lord where He calls me to do so!!!
--Pray for this school year. It will be tough and it will be trying--no doubt. Pray that I, as well as other students, will keep perspective. Pray that no matter how overwhelming school becomes that Jesus Christ is ALWAYS first and always the CENTER of our lives. Pray we will NEVER STOP living for the glory of His name and that we will be BOLD in sharing our faith.
--Finally, please pray for revival here at Auburn. Pray that we will go out and share the GOOD NEWS with full respect, kindness and love. Pray that every ear will hear and every heart will be transformed. Something BIG IS HAPPENING HERE. Pray we continue to stay open to the Lord and what He is calling of us.

Love you all so much. Happy Spring Semester!
And seriously...come talk to me about Passion 2012 and what God is doing in my life. If you don't have my number...message me on Facebook!
